Definitive Arrow Season 2 Deathstroke

Alright, you fine people have convinced me. I was originally looking at making the Deathstroke from Arkham Origins, but this is better (and maybe a bit easier). Question, has anyone created their own helmet with Pepakura files or is everyone buying the commission one linked here in the thread? I'd like to take a crack at making the helmet myself.

We got this started for a client. Great info in this thread for all the other parts!

What are you guys doing for the bullet rounds on the right shoulder?
I'm personally moulding then casting 8 of these (It's a 7mm Remington Magnum cartridge):

And just sewing an elastic band in the same manner as this :

Should do the trick nicely.

Still looking for the clothing, its a PITA to find what it is ! I'm sure it's a shelf bought item, modified or not, but I doubt it was scratch build. Mr Dark, could we have just the material it is made of ? If we knew that we'd be able to narrow the search and find it I'm sure !

Has anyone tracked down the knife he has on the back of his belt?

The closest I've found so far is this (in black):

They can be had for $60 or so on eBay. I'm hoping to find something cheaper / a standalone sheath with that shape, but haven't had any luck finding a molded sheath with a curved blade like that.
Thanks! Great find! I sort of gave up on this a while ago.

That's an easy thing to either recreate or cast and mold in resin or urethane.

Yeah... I think I'm just going to do a replica. I've got a ton of black ABS on hand so I'll just vac-form something. Shouldn't take more than an hour to mock up a form for it. I wouldn't be able to carry the real knife at a con anyway, so no sense in spending the $$

Has anyone been able to recreate the neck piece that leads into the mask? It looks like the neck part sits flush with the soft parts of the mask.

To anyone who either applied vinyl or carbon fibre to the elbow guards already, what did you use specifically, and do you have any tips on how to do it? I'm new to working with such things, any help is welcomed :p

You two guys-- the default color you get from this order is that really nice, deep, rich blue appropriate to the armor?

I see this place has its own website (eck-usa.com) that lets you select colors, as per the item description on Amazon.

Maybe this should be in the first post?

This is the stuff I used for the armor. Coincidentally since I got the fabric and armor from Tvayumat :)

That looks great! Anyone have a picture of their version of another look at the orange trimmed collar?

On the left (as you look at that picture), that bright sheen of blue IS there when it's reflected on. Looks pretty close!

I'm a little concerned it won't come out rich enough blue in properly high-bulb lighting, but it has a lot of promise. I'll probably pick it up too.

Comparatively:
Not great lighting:

Hey guys, I'm new here and I was just wondering if everyone is out to replicate the tv series costume or if anyone is putting their own twist on it. Personally, I like to stray from exact thing and put my own spin on it. This is what I used for the base of the upper body. So far I think my costume looks pretty sweet, but it's not complete yet.

For me, I'm all about the accuracy. The closest thing to "custom" I'm doing is using a 1911 for the sidearm and a 1 piece undersuit. Custom is cool too though, whatever makes you happy as a costumer!

Any if you who have done the outer chest have any progress pics or details on how you made yours? I'm thinking if sandwiching some foam between some black vinyl and some of the blue vinyl.
