Well I can sympathize, but not really complain since I have used a similar site in the past, only vice-versa to order from Yahoo! Japan auctions. Thier service was very professional though, and they have an office with a 1-800 number to call and talk to a real person with questions. Thier messages to you sound like broken english, which is never a good sign since the last thing you want is a communications breakdown.
