Well I finally got my confirmation of shipment email this morning, but here's what it said:

I checked my bank account and only one charge is there. I'm wondering if I'm going to receive 2 different packages or one. I wouldn't doubt that only one is coming and this is just the start-up glitches that happen. Will call them later today and find out for sure. But here's the question... seeing as they sent it out today and I live on the East Coast, how long should I expect delivery?
I got this SAME email last night/this morning... However I called.. They claim that EVERYONE who ordered it (I guess up to a point) got this email. They said I WAS CHARGED 2x but they have refunded/or will refund the other charge. You will NOT be getting two, they said they are fully aware of the problem and that only 1 got shipped. I had previously got the 2 different emails saying I was being charged a few days apart, so this wasn't a shock. I'm pretty sure it says delivery is suppose to take 10-14 days. So it's being sent snail mail for sure. I just got off the phone with them, so here's the abbreviated bullet points of the call-
-There was a glitch in the system for the start-up of the US subscriptions.
-This glitch was responsible for the second charge placed on everyone's cards.
-The same system with the glitch is responsible for generating the automated emails.
-All the emails we received were generated at the time of the initial order, but sent out at the appropriate time by the system.
-The system recognized the double billing as double ordering, hence the email everyone got this morning.
MOST IMPORTANT-
-The bug has been identified & fixed, & we should have none of this confusing nonsense going forward.
-Sincere apologies, thank you for your order, thanks for shopping with us,etc, etc...
Told them I would post our conversation here to let everyone know.
I'm satisfied with this answer, so I'm going to just chalk it up to what he said-Start-Up Errors, & roll with it.
I think we can all agree they should have CONTACTED US and explained the problems going on with the orders. I know companies such as SIDESHOW COLLECTIBLES does in fact contact you when something gets screwed up... making everyone have to call in on their own and read about it on the internet is not helping them gain good prQuoting myself here, for those that maybe haven't read through the thread, or just missed it on the last page. This is what happened with the double charging & multiple emails.
For all those that are worried about shipping, I got my shipped email on Friday, & UPS just delivered it.
that is a grand total of TWO business days, from when they shipped it.
I'm now, half expecting someone to complain that they said it would take 2 weeks, but it took two days, therefore, further evidence that these guys can't be trusted at their word.:lol
