Will the dimensions of these be the same as a standard desert eagle? I ask because I bought the Deadpool holsters from eBay and want to make sure this gun would fit.

I always strive to make my kits proper dimensions. I haven't researched those yet, but assuming there is a "standard" size for all Desert Eagles, that's what I would do...

I assume it is the .50AE Desert Eagle made by Magnum Research, if that is the case the only variations in the pistols are the barrel length.

from what I see on their site, the only difference is bore diameter. The rest of the physical dimensions are the same between the .50AE and .44 Magnum

What is the material of the final product?
I know there are companies that print stainless.. is that what you're aiming for? (no pun intended)

I can't imagine the cost of building a DMLS (metal printed) deagle, but I'd think it would be a couple of grand at least...

Is the 150 for one or two guns in the kit? If for 2, I am completely down for it! If for one....maybe... just because price is pretty close to ones I can actually shoot if I wanted. Would there be a possibility for just a display style that does not have movable parts or removable clip?

It'll depends on printing times and level of interest, but I doubt they'll be that cheap

Not if it was made out of aluminum
I'm sure it depends on the setup, but at work our aluminium price is 40% higher than our stainless steel due to a higher powder cost and much slower build time. Might work out better on other (read bigger) machines though....
