Finally! 2nd version of Deadpool costume finished!
We improved, add and redo plenty big and small things in this costume but as always I can only tell by myself only about craft part so first lets read what girls from Tornhem Studio wrote about all the rest:
“As you have seen, we love to sew costumes before movies or games release. Yes, we want to be the first! It is good that after the appearance of films on the screens, we also have more opportunities to improve our work. The same happened with the suit Deadpool.

Deadpool costume Version 2.0 has got not only a hard shell for a full mask, but also detachable eyes, which, if desired, can be changed in the set expressing emotions. (Development in progress).

Next our pride - it's shoulder pads. After several unsuccessful experiments, we finally brought the pattern and build the perfect formula. I think we succeeded.
The second version of the suit was the cut-off at the waist, so we have the opportunity to insert a functional zipper in the codpiece. You cannot imagine how many thanks for this option we got
)))
Finally appeared in full costume gloves with fingers. They need to be improved, but we have yet to come, and we will try to bring a suit to the ideal.”

The main difference is that now we made our own shell for mask, it has interchangeable eyes on magnets and goes in two sizes (M and L), for that I made my own papekura model as a base and after sculpt all small details in clay.

Leg and boot parts made of soft rubber, has different battle damage on lest and right sides and weathered

Scabbard for catanas stays almost the same exept disassemble it became more accurate and even more easier.

Also these little buckles imitations on bags, neck and hands was added.

Holsters now have their right carbon finish and guns have their right size (unfortunately in first version it was toy guns and they was smaller than original, so i decide to make one-piece (without movable parts) casted copy instead of converting wrong sized toys.

One more small but important improvement, I always worried about two very thin places in buckle, and now I can modify it with extra back plate same as original one.
