Deadpool costume research and development

Hey there, im relatively new to the RPF, ive been a member for a while but it kinda fell on the back burner for a while, and i had always told myself, ill get to it, ill make something cool pretty soon and post it up and soon my name will be everywhere and hookers will begin to pay me for sex.....
AAAnyways....

Like the title says im planning on making a great quality movie accurate deadpool costume. It's gonna be hard, im not gonna lie... like penis pumping hard, but im sure with my penis pumping and your assisting in my penis pumping we can get pumped together.

Im planning on using fabric that will not only give the best texture but also maneuverability and comfort. such as the red material used for the suit, the padding underneath the chest pieces to give it the light armoured look and a big thing for me is the mask.

Now, I have just started a new job, but its 9-5 and i have weekends so i will have enough time to make progress, but i warn you it may me a while.
Currently my goal is to be ready for MCM comic-con London in october. so fingers and balls crossed.

I mentioned the mask was a big thing for me so that may be the thing i make first, but i assure you i will be researching everything in the meantime.

the reason the mask is such a big thing for is that after looking at a lot of the masks out there, i just don't feel like i've found the mask for me: some have the black eye pieces as the same fabric as the red, some have the black eye pieces as a hard shell, some have it as a slightly different material but still has quite the flimsy feel to it.

now some of my ideas here are quite basic, some may be completely bat-poop crazy.

MASK:

for the red material on the mask i was looking at something like this red tshirt, its pretty cheap, its basically just a reletively thick thermal tshirt that has a nice textured red to it.

I feel this will not only have a good stretch to it but will be easy to transform into a mask. after finding a few people on youtube that have used a similar method.

Now for the black eye pieces, I feel this might be out of the box. (Time for some back story).
I was looking through my old cosplay masks and found a Keaton batman mask, made from what i presume is silicone rubber latex. and i was looking around the eyes at the shape and detail and i noticed that when i wore the mask those molded angry eyebrows kept their shape.

so my thought is that what if i used the same silicone rubber latexy stuff to make the eye pieces. this would allow the black eye pieces to be flexible and look quite nice against the red fabric.
connecting the two will require research but off the top of my head, i could imagine using an adhesive as will as maybe some stitching (stitching would mainly be for aesthetic purposes)

combine this with white netting for the eyes and i feel like im on to something....

Just so im clear i wouldnt be salvaging the rubber latex from batman, i would be creating my very own mold using a mold of my head which i will make as well.
creating my own mold would allow me to control the thickness of the pieces and the details of the molds.

I am pretty much new to using molds and attempting anything like this, but obviously i have done a lot of research into the safety precautions and steps i need to take, but
If there is anything you guys out there could advise me or dispute me on, please get involved.

all you need to know is that, you've met me at a really time in my life.
Help me RPF you're my only hope....

signing off

Aaron.

ps for curiosity sake i did just wrap that t shirt around my batman mask while i was wearing it and perhaps i could salvage the brows from batman. seeing as it was never really comfortable anyways, i dont think ill wear it again. so it could got to a greater cause. ;)

Looking at more images of the mask perhaps i should go for a neoprene mask, with a gloss red colour to it..... food for thought
