I've seen this first hand, its Amazing. Based on the pics of the source cowl and other cowls being made, to my eyes this ones the winner. You guys will love your cowls (as I love my Frank Miller one), great job!

They are PVC pipe with a metal "wall attachment" and painted/weathered.. rgriesbeck can probably PM you the exact way to make them though

I've never really cared for the Miller Batman look... But this is pretty damn awesome! Going to be a quality piece that's for sure. I just put an engine in my car or I'd add this to the Flash cowl for certain. Nice job guys!
