Don't ya love this thread? Being a veteran of the RPF, I was around before anyone offered an ANH helmet. Yes I'm old. LOL. It is so great for me to see how this hobby has evolved and how the quality has risen to such a great level in not just the ANH Vader costume, but all costumes and props related to SW.

Isn't it funny how infants, who don't have any points of reference of evil wears black, are not at all impressed with Darth Vader in any negative way............because all they hear is Daddy's voice inside the helmet. Our culture works really hard at making things scary. My kid was exposed to Vader at a young age and was never bothered by it. Her friends...........terrified.....LOL.

WOW WOW WOW!! What a great thread by some of the great ANH Experts.

I am not sure what to say! You all have AWESOME AND IMPRESSIVE ANH Vaders. The standards are set way to high.:cry

I have some modifications but for scratch building my boxes and chest box myself as well as doing the painting to my chest armor I feel I have did fairly well. I love all of your Vaders. I would love to get a better wool cap and Robe also chest armor that is a little wider as well. Than work on one of those ANH cods.

Well I hope I can meet the standards in this thread.
