DARTH VADER ANH costumes

I know there have been recently some impressive "A New Hope" version Darth Vader costumes coming to light, so here's a thread to bring these costumes together. Here's me in mine...and yes it's always a WIP

OOoohhhh, I love Vader show off threads.

SL, that pic looks like it's a "behind the scenes" shot of ANH Vader, VERY NICE MATE...

Here's a stock photo from my files of the big fella. He now sports new belt box lights and I have new stuff to make him an new chest box, then the capes need replacing. He's on a mannequin, but his suit is fully wearable, does that count?

Hi everyone in new here so be gentle with me :confused I have been working on my vader for a while and its always a wip. Im working on a new chestbox and cod atm and am looking for a nice helmet instead on my classic action. I have mainly been on the STT and am looking for clearance in the UKG next year, anyway here where im at....

That's sweet. That's the same you showed a few months back... where you didn't have the body suit on, but just a bare black mannequin with armor and helmet? If so... nice progress... :thumbsup

I doubt mine will ever be as accurate as the others here, which are all awesome by the way. My "Episode 3.75" Vader. I have chest armour on the way and will get him a real leather suit, eventually.... I have a decent ANH chest box, but I may still stick with the "Inaccurate to any movie" box. I like the lights....

Gino which helmet do you have there? you can pm me if rather not post it. Your eye for accuracy just kills me. I mean matching the film pics side by side to yours, your an insane man. I love it.

I'm in the same boat and I am missing a bunch of pieces. Can't wait to get him finished.

All of you have some awesome Vaders. It's comforting to know other people quest/have a lifesize Vader in their home. That fact makes me feel a little more normal

Awsome lookin costumes guys, lol i may put lights in my chestbox too ... cant help it .. dont need to ever switch them on.

Not put what i have together yet for a decent picture. Im currently stripping my esb vader transforming to anh. just need to do some more paint work to the helmet and get an accurate blank for chestbox. included pics of my gypsyboy anh 1st pull and my belt thus far. any anh experts pls have a look at some of the bits ive collected for chest box, tell me if the rods are right or not and the slots? i got the buttons from the sales section so hope those are right type.
i apologise again for pic quality as i cant seem to get a good pic indoors with this new camera, weather permitting ill get full costume shots eventually
