Howdy, sorry if this has been asked before,
The "teeth" on the sides of the helmet with the thick black lines, how are we supposed to cut those pieces?

Excuse me, where can i find the mark 7 with a scale 23.5-24? i'm tall 172 cm = 5' 7"-5' 8"- Thank you so much^^

you can scale the mark 7 V1 yourself, using pep Designer. The mark 7 V2 suit won't be available for a while. The V2 will come with test fit part's, as did the V2 helmet witch also can be used with pep Designer for test fit/scaling purposes only.

that is done after the bondo stage, with a dremle tool or a needlefile.

I was thinking that you could use the printout as a pattern to scrap built the teeth. It would be way easier to cut out the shapes and glue them on a solid backing then to pep all the trenches, bondo, and sand them all out.

I've been wanting to do this for a long time. Finally have a schedule that allows me to do things freely. I found this forum and registered because of the work from all of you here!

Sorry for uploading a picture, but how are we supposed to glue these little triangle pieces
sorry if this is a silly question im a noob

They get glued exactly the same as any larger tab - they're just smaller.

sorry for asking a silly question, im just having trouble getting nice creases on the tabs, is there a technique to creasing, are you supposed to fold them against something?

Best way is to lightly score the paper with a craft knife. For the smaller folds I use a PC RAM chip to fold against. Just thin enough to use.

If you don't score the tabs (and do a good job of it) there is the possibility of throwing the symmetry way off over a matter of time. I've found that scoring the tabs is one of the most important parts to coming up with a good looking pep.

I will 2nd that, tabs kinda need to be mostly right but the scoring of the tabs is critical to the accuracy :)
