Yup that does look a little big but not much. If the program said something like 'The the print lines are out side the print area. Do you want to adjust?' and you click yes then is will change the scale... it will shrink it. If it didn't say that then the scale is accurate. So adjust the scale down a little and try again.

It has said that but i didint choose yes. Anytips how to do a proper scale ?

What scale is a 1/1 for the helmet,i want to make a display one for now or for a 6'1 guy

So, the files don't be release for others ?? i don't understand.
if i need the files then do you give my height so your scales the files for me? or how?

I expected these files for a long time and would be very sad not to have them =(

I expected these files for a long time and would be very sad not to have them =(

The files will be released to everyone. The VIP members will just get it two months ahead of everyone else. It will be available in different scales, all you have to do is download the scale you need for your suit. It will only be released for Pepakura VIEWER not in the Designer (in Designer people can extract the 3D model, edit it, and claim it as their own). That's the extra precaution Mike (Darkside) is taking so no one steals his 3D model.

I just pre-ordered my NECA 1/4th scale Iron Man Mk VII. It should come in the next month or so.

Entertainment Earth has the best price I found. Toys on Fire.CA was not that far behind with the same price but slightly higher shipping cost to me since they are based in Canada.

Tonight I tried to use foam. That went not so bad but if I wanted to make an entire suit in foam I have to improve my cutting and gluing skills. And maybe find a more dense foam (30kg/m³ for this one).

Scale seems good, I've still some place so I hope that it will also be good in paper.

So I have redone the test helmet with 300g paper and re scaled it. Height was 262 i got it down to 250 and it looks much more reasonable. So which one of the darkside501st's helmet i should go for ? .95 or 1 ?

if you reed the first post you can find the different scales for the different height's ranging from 5'something to 6'4 or 5

Is it possible to share with me scale 0.885 size for the Mark VII foam helmet template? I am really small built and the helmet I built using the .95 scale was too large for the body and my head
