If that was a real-deal, LFL would never let anyone touch it and take a photo like that.

So...I've just spent a few days making a 3D model of this, and it's available now if anyone is interested - I was a little stumped by the mechanism, but now I see how it works, It's super simple!! I went for magnets for the time being, but I can totally model this.

Assuming you're asking me - I started modelling last Sunday on a complete whim, and I finalised it yesterday. Probably no more than 8-10 hours.

Is the black MPP-like shroud piece adjustable?
That piece is slightly lowered on the screen-used version (vs. efx one)
I like it!
Here's what I've come up with so far. Just finished the mechanism. Gonna print it this week to see how it works.

A pic of the original prop used in TROS was recently displayed alongside other props from the film at a crew screening at Lucasfilm earlier this week. I’ve scribbled out a couple other props as to avoid spoiling anything for anyone. It’s not the clearest angle, but first pic we’ve seen that wasn’t of the EFX replica.
