Daisuke Jigen - Help Needed

I want to start working on a costume of Jigen from Lupin the Third.
I'm the perfect body build for him (tall and lanky) so I think it will look pretty good.

The suit will be easy but the hat and Handgun I need help locating.

The handgun is a Smith & Wesson Model 19.
I am hoping to find it in airsoft or just a prop replica so I can take it to cons and so forth. Has anyone seen this or know where I can find one?

The hat I'm just having issues tracking down. Any recommendations?

Also, I have the beard but don't want to grow the mullet so was thinking of getting a wig. Any recommendations on wig makers?
