Advice needed on miniature smoke effects

Hello everyone! I have been a cosplayer for quite some time, and for a couple years now I've been attempting to make an Animatronic Purple Guy from the Five Night's at Freddie's Franchise.

I'm working on a budget, and have most of my materials and costume pieces. The next item to buy is either the mask from spirit (pictured) or the chest piece and terminator mask from Amazon (pictured).

I would like to know, which one of these would be best suited to add a miniature fog effect coming out of the mask? And what is your recommended brand or seller for a mini fog machine, preferably 50 dollars or less?

Some people are using vaping pens/cigarette to get the smoke and, since these are small in size...
