Cool thread!

OK here's one of mine... Special Forces E-11. Real silenced Sterling, real scope, might add a real Hengstler counter I have lying around somewhere...

Here's my Custome E-11. I call the E-19. This is what happens when you let a Mandalorian play with parts.

I reckon this can be called a custom. This is the short CQB version.

I sure do love that gun. I loved making it and I WILL make more. :D

Matt, you have done it again!! All I have to say is how much and can I have one now? lol

Very sweet my friend

Holy crap some of these are awesome. Here are some I machined several years ago. Inpsired mostly by SW, Titan AE, Stargate, and Firefly. But they all could work for SW.;)

:lol Thank you. That was actually inspired by Firefly- I don't think Steampunk was a big trend 5-6 years ago, but yeah that could definitely work for that.

WOW! There are a ton of great designs here, but I LOVE THIS GUN. Can you tell us more, about how it was made, or anything else about it. (inspiration, parts, more pics, etc. )

Blade Runner gun meets Babylon blaster :thumbsup

As Markus said, it was Blade Runner meets Babylon 5. I always liked the Blade Runner PKD, but it is bigger than you would think (at least, bigger than I always thought it was). And the B5 PPG just felt "too" small. So I went for something that had the style of the PKD, but had just a tad more heft than the PPG; and so was born the PDG-K (Plasma Discharge Gun - Kurz) (since it was small). I started with the same Pachmayr grip used for the PPG, and custom machined everything else to fit around it (except for the trigger, which was from an old broken Beretta airsoft gun). All of it was done manually - no CNC. Other than the trigger, the only other moving part is the bolt (and you grip it in the obvious place in the upper rear area). Unfortunately, it is not spring-loaded, so I have to manually return the bolt to the forward position. There is even some small detail machined onto the bolt on the inside that you can see through the ejection port when it is pulled back. It is one of my favorite pieces that I have made.

Ok, true story... right after I made it (in the early 2000's), for about a month, I always had it with me tucked in a holster in the rear of my waistband (where you would naturally carry a firearm under street clothes). Nobody ever knew I had it, and I was careful that no one ever did. But "I" knew I had it. Man, I am such a damn geek!!! I wouldn't pull that kind of stuff nowadays, but I have the story to tell.

hey AESTIVALIS...i agree with JASON1976...that PDK/PPG hybrid is awesome!!
i also think you 'energy pistol' (the one with the makarov style grip) is amazing!
any story behind that one?
and any change of seeing more pics of each? :)

got a queston for AESTIVALIS. dude, really love your work, any chance you would take on a commision project of two of your pieces? :)
