Does anybody know of a good shipping company that does not damage boxes marked "fragile. I sent the costume by UPS and now have to remake four peices.

Thanks, I was only in the suit Thursday and Saturday nights. Thought it would be weird to introduce myself as Ultron. :cool

Sent my costume by FedEx to Dragon Con and your UPS truck must have hit mine because it was also damaged. Needed some silver paint in Atlanta, so got two bottles of silver nail polish - worked great.

What kind of packing did you use - bubble wrap or peanuts?

Peanuts, next time I will use both in a reinforced box.

I transported my costumes by plane... get sterile footlocker it was 19.99 and this was only 15 bucks to check in on airtran

I updated the lights in Ultrons mouth. Still not in love with it, so more work for me. Click on the pic to view movie. He looks gold only because this was taken in an orange room.

Some images show gold, I interpreted it as the ultron drones. There are also images of the steel colored version. We'll find out for sure in March

Yeah I am super excited for AU, Ultron is one of my favorite Marvel villains.

I am thinking about either removing all the plastic covering and reapplying it, or removing it and making molds to make it all plastic. I'm thinking all plastic will be stronger and lighter. Anyone have any opinions?

Ultron 5 is in need of an upgrade. New build has started for Ultron 5.1. Wish me luck, should be less stresssfull, since I have more than three months to create it.
