They all flash on and off at the same time. Working to have them flash randomly by October.

My only question would be why the airbrushed line down the middle of the face?

Looks kinda messy compared to the sharp mechanical lines everywhere else.

I also don't remember any comic Ultrons with such a feature. His face is usually a seamless grinning skull.
