I asked the same thing Ted . It is out of an actual vintage Edmunds kit and very difficult to find. That Communicator came out great!!!!! Did you flatten the shine of the shells a bit in the video?

I took a look at all of the patterns from a vintage Edmunds Scientific kit, and that pattern sure looks a lot like the #2 pattern, which is just thin parallel lines. Shouldn't be too hard to duplicate if you've got the tools.

Yeah, I don't remember what # it was, I mutilated that card
quite awhile back:lol-it was the one with real thin lines though.

As for the texture of the shells, no, I didn't change it from
when the stills were taken. Just one of those Comm things.
they look different in every picture.

Thanks for the kind words on the build. Out of all the Communicators
I've made, I think this may be my favorite.
