Cobra V Bio - 04/07/2012 More Pictures Added

So this is the first I have seen of this and all I can say is, AWESOME!! That is one sick, mean looking bio! Great work man!

Oh damn, that is one evil looking mofo, bro. I approve. A lot. Can't wait to see this painted up and on your face, lol.

Looks great!

Lol from the evil doctor behind the evil creation, I thanks you lol

Thanks man, taken a while and a few design changes but it got there lol

Although i am still not convinced about the teeth, i like the rest. :)

I will change your unconvinced mind, you will like them lol :p thanks man.

Ok, final update before moulding. The teeth have been removed from the bio as I decided that it would be a whole lot easier casting the two seperately and then gluing them in place once all parts have been cast. That way, if your unconvinced by the teeth or dislike how many teeth the bio design has you don't have to have them/as many.

Silicone has been ordered just waiting for the delivery lol

Ok small update,

Received my order of Silicone so will be looking to get this moulded in the week and then hopefully cast.....

this is one wicked sick piece-- I like the teeth as well-- a weathered old tusk ivory look would look awesome on this.
Cant wait to see this one done.

Update time!

I do have some pictures off the fibreglassing stage of this but I can't find them at the mo, lost deep in the conflnds of my phone....

I will have a hunt and put pictures up later and also the demould pictures

Thanks for looking guys and gals

Thanks man, been looking forward to this myself. Just demoulded and I am happy to say that after closer inspection there are no air bubbles that I can see lol Needs a lil tidy up in place nothing a lil trimming can't fix

Will get the pictures up ASAP

Thanks John, been a long while to get this far lolbut glad I am finally there

Heres a demould picture, this was taken literally 5 mins after demoulding so there is clay stuck to it in places - good news I now have my P1 bio back lol

Dude, telling you I can't wait lol

Just a random question, on average, how much resin does it take to cast at a decent thickness??

Yup, im using a gallon kiy, right now im making the third cast and i have a little less than half gallon left

So you used quart of a gallon? Sorry to sound like an idiot everything in this country is in litres unless your talking milesw to the gallon lol

Not completely but almost a quart kit! It depends on the bio, i think yours is not going to need that much exept for the tusk, but if you planning on casting 3 or more its better to get a gallon or in your case 2 litres

Thanks man, will look into that. Yes, I am moulding and casting the tusk seperatly and then adding them on later. Actually saying that I have already moulded the tusks and cast them. Will upload the picture ASAP....

hey thats just fantastic bio youve created should be really proud i hope i can purchase a raw one for my collection are you making them available

Watch this space my friend, when they do become available I will post it in my Prop shop in the market place --- if you want any further info PM me bud, against forum rules from this kinda convo lol
