Limited Run CLOSED: Kylo Ren CNC aluminium ultra accurate Saber

Thanks for for the update again Derrek dday I know this was pointed out before but I'm not sure it was fixed or not. I figured I would bring it up since you are revising the lower portion. As noted by propfactory down below the curvature of the bottom portion is wrong on our CNC version. He uses the propshop version as a reference. Below that I included another picture from another member showing the celebration saber with that same curvature difference (ignore the red highlighted horizontal line I know that has been fixed). Our CNC version is much more flat while the references seem much more scalloped.

Is this something that can still be tweaked?

Completion is long in coming.

Is it too late to make a small revision? I noticed this after Frosty posted his paint-up:

It's to late to tweak this. Though someone who wants to replicate this could slowly sand the excess away to make it more curvey

No worries. Thanks for the response. I figured I would just throw that in there while it seemed like you were making some revisions. Still can't wait for this!

Update emailed to the folks :D

Yesterday I finally got some more photos, most parts done, just tying up some loose ends and finishing the parts now.

Machinist says it would only be 2 weeks... I've heard this before, but the photos show more progress vs ever before.

they look so awesome in aluminum. can't wait till frosty paints mine :) il figure out who in the uk will do my electronics install. I think il use a ignitor 2 rather than a crystal focus

These are absolutely gorgeous. Derrek's runs are always of high quality!

Great update dday!! It appears as though the #twoweekscurse has been broken!! Those parts look PHENOMENAL. It would appear as though you chose a quite accomplished machinist. That would certainly explain his inundation.

Thanks for the update buddy! These are certainly looking like they were worth the wait.
