It's just Lucas' bad writing he's trying to cover up, as usual. If Lucas REALLY wanted to have Mace kill Jango, he'd have just had Mace throw the saber at Jango and have it lop off his head that way.
 
Is any one having problems with videos loading on the Cartoon net work site?

The only thing I'm getting is it just says loading where the video plays but it isn't actually loading.

I saw most of the last one on TV, with the stealth 'space submarine'. Parts of the soundtrack sounded very Wrath of Khan to me. Some good helmets for the papekura crowd.
 
I was surprised there was no talk of the upcoming Boba Fett episode of Clone Wars in a few weeks. I wonder if they are using Daniel Logan for the voice.
 
I loved the bounty hunter 'Embo' - great design!!
Great fight scenes in the bounty hunter ep. and I love the little 'turtle' aliens..
I saw the Boba preview, but didn't notice the blaster.. just noticed how much it looked like young Logan

well I'm with you on luke marrying Mara. I always had him down for marrying winter myself

but I always accepted han as an imperial from YEARS ago

all the way back to the brian daley books. it was established really early on to explain the whole wookie life debt that chewie has with han

han was an imperial officer and saved a bunch of wookie slaves, so he was kicked out of the imperial navy for it.

all I like out of the EU

is splinter, the brian daley stuff (including the radio plays), the zahn trilogy, the KOTOR comic and the sith war stuff, and all of the stackpole x-wing stuff
 
I am really enjoying this series. Did I see that right? We're gonna see young Boba Fett in April probably in the season finale! I have enjoyed the Mandalorian Plot story in this series. It's kinda cool to see another side of Obi Wan and his relationship with whats-her-name...

Some of that Boba stuff looks like the storyline from the Boba book series that covers this same timeline.
 
Ok, so just downloaded season 1 and am about to start watching, I've looked online to see how many seasons there are and order of episodes but can't find anything, can someone help, wanna watch it in order
 
They sell the first season on DVD so that would be the best way to watch it in order.
We are only on the second season now, so it it not available to purchase yet.
 
If it makes you feel any better, you don't really have to watch them in order (except for the multi episode story arcs) as the show seems to jump around the timeline a bit.
 
Zillo Beast is cool, a real homage to Godzilla....even the music was similar at the end of the second part (and same music when he was climbing as in King Kong). And they used the same kind of weapons on Zillo as the Japanese used on Godzilla (the beams). Although there was some King Kong homage there as well.

It almost seems like those two episodes were directed by someone else....they were more serious and substantial and had better definitive moments as a real movie rather than cartoony.
