Hi guys so this is my thread to document the build of my clone trooper helmet using pep files so kindly provided by fierfek.

Enjoy and bare in mind that this is the first time ive ever done anything like this so it is a huge learning curve for me.

    Peace, Angryyouth!

    first stage, pep build
I only have a photo of it complete so i didnt do too well at documenting the actual build but here it is http://www.flickr.com/photos/76918887@N08/7083394435/

next I gave it 2 coats of resin and there unfortunately were a few drips solidified around the edge, but like i said, learning curve

my final update is to show that i have cut some of the bottom out before fibreglassing so it could fit on my head (i thought it would be easier before the fiberglass makes it rck hard and i have to use a saw or a dremel

the black line is where i cut.

anyway, all comments appreciated and i hope you enjoy my first build. PEACE!

I edited it in the hope that hyperlink will work rather than the pictures being linked in to the page
