Lionheart Hobby in Kyle, TX (Austin area).
The shop is tiny, but absolutely packed to the gills. And if they don't have something they will order it for you. The owners are super friendly and helpful and they do "Build and Bull" sessions on Saturdays (come and bring your project and work on it and hang out).

Unfortunately Main Line Hobbies in Plymouth Meeting, PA got shut down after covid so cross that one off the list.
Herb's Hobbies and Crafts in Doylestown PA closed 10 years ago.
You can add Modellbahn Ott Hobbies in Boyertown, PA to the list. Stores are getting really thin on the ground in my area.

Chains tend to dominate in Nebraska; surprise, home of Hobby Town.
I part own a game store in Lincoln, good selection of paint and tools, GW, Vallejo, Army Painter, etc.
If that counts, Gauntlet Games, south Lincoln.

Went to Scale Model Supplies in St. Paul, Minnesota today while visiting family. Great shop. They had everything.
