Hey guys and gals. Sorry been away for a bit but been busy with real life
So latest updates are. Got some pauldrons made from foam to check scale. Failed just slightly first time but second time perfect. Then mocked up a card helmet to make sure that worked too and did so made it from foam. I then covered the horns in expanding foam and carved to shape. I have started to cover them in foam details and got some worbla on the helmet. Taking a long time now because only time I can work on the suit is at night and I need to be able to use a sander for the detailing, wife isn't gunna let me do that at night

I've put drywall over it, then hit it with a few layers of plastti dip.
