Captain America: The Winter Soldier Helmet

So I decided to finally start the helmet for my Captain America Stealth suit for Chicago Comic-Con. I finished my shield, so I decided to give it a go. I built one already, but its more of a prototype than a finished product. I decided to start another one today out of 110lb cardstock. I've applied the resin on the inside and out but I'm waiting to do the fiberglass. What I REALLY need help with is the straps. How do you attach them to the inside? On the 1st one I made, I made the straps, but I couldn't get them to stay on the inside. I used hot glue and some superglue but nothing would stay. Any Ideas?

Has anyone tried using Worbla for the helmet? If so, how has it gone? Success? Too many pieces?

I don't know what you're looking to get out of a Stealth Helmet, but this one is pretty authentic looking.
