Cap't Sparrow's bone needle?

All right, I'm doing a Jack Sparrow inspired pirate costume, and I'm ironing out the little details.
Wow, and there are a ot of little details. At any rate, does anyone know where I can pick up a similar looking bone needle, the one he wears in his hair? Are there any local craft type stores that carry a similar type of thing? Something quickl modified? Any idea's?

I've done it in about 10 minutes, I've just carved a piece of wood, and sanded down to death

I made mine out of plastic... Just a regular peice. Painted it off white, and added some little brown and darker colors.

I believe it is supposed to be an old bone sail needle. May want to check into that for reference.

See if you can get a white plastic knitting needle.
