It's probably not dead on movie exact, but it's the closest I've seen. It's a Bella Canvas 3500 black long sleeve thermal top with grey contrast stitching. Got mine on Amazon, but I think ebay have them too.
They are quite big size wise, so I went down a few sizes for the correct fit...
If only I could get the vintage brown leather Vans to go with it! Lol!
