Can't find Tony Stark's sunglasses from Iron Man 3

I just used a pair of small wire cutters right as the tab bends back and left a little extra that I cleaned up with a needle file and finished with some gloss black lacquer. It seems a lot to more intimidating than it actually is, plus I like the fit better now (which is probably why they did it on the film lmao). Hopefully that helps!
where did you get your shooter lenses?

Anyone have any further leads or ideas on the remaining frames? The rectangular frames with the silver details are harder to ID, because they are quite generic in style. I've been through most of the main designers I can think of, but nothing matches. Hope they aren't vintage or discontinued.

a bit better screenshots than what i had before. hope it helps

Great, they are much better, many thanks!
I was starting to think they may have been a Barton Perreira frame, due to the oval on the side, but couldn't find an exact match. These newer screenshots should unravel the mystery....we hope!
Wolfshire is legendary at ID'ing frames, so fingers crossed!

The new shots seem to show "rounded" rectangles on the temple arms (not oval) and "vertical" small rectangles on the frame fronts (not dots).
These may be RX eyewear frames with tints and might not be sunglasses at all, which just widens the search.:(

Would you say the tint was pink or purple??
Bit worried about how small the 51mm size will be when worn. As mentioned earlier, I too, think my 52mm Matsuda's are on the small side.

These are 53mm from what I've seen? But regardless, unfortunately we also have to keep in mind that Robert is a small guy and the frames are very much suited for his face so they may be off on more average/larger faces. I've got a much bigger head so there's some frames that just don't look as good on me :/ But at this point it's just a completionist thing lolol But yes I agree they're really similar to the matsuda 2002 tint, maybe just a tad lighter percentage.

The website I looked at had them at 51mm, but after looking at some more, you're right 53mm...which is good news!

It's totally possible they offered both at some point but I'm pretty sure the 53s are more common and will fit people better. 51 is reeeaaallly small for that shape imo :S

I found a decent deal on the 51mm the 53 are an extra $150 really wish i could see how they fit before i buy lol
Yeah, it would be better to try both pairs on first, if that were even possible! I've had a think about my apprehension of the smaller 51mm lense width and took some reassurance from a few examples: The Dita Statesman 2 has only 50mm lenses, but in quite a large frame is less noticable. A more appropriate example of this, is with the Police Neymar Jr.1's....they are only 52's, yet they don't look small and the overall fit is amazing IMO.
Maybe I could actually do with a small pair of frames to counteract the Porsche P8478 that I sadly got in 69mm, I laugh my head off everytime I try those babys on!!
I can't seem to find the lense "height" anywhere for the CD 137's.
