Can someone identify those feathers? Tia Dalma costume related

Hey community,for the Tia Dalma costume project I'm collection information here and there. I was wondering which feathers are there in Tia's hair - I found similar ones from a pheasant, but I'm not sure. Any expert out there? Any help would be appreciated!

It could be rooster too, but golden pheasant tail coverst are closest match.
