Thank you. I did research and they suggested acetone, which I have, so I’ll try brushing small amounts around the glue seam n see if that does the job. If not I’ll try the freezer.

Wollt the acetone eat into the plastic?

Yeah acetone will eat the plastic, but not as fast as it will eat the superglue. If you use capillary action, you can draw it into the seam and it'll dissolve the superglue before it dissolves the plastic, making it easy to pop free.
