Burned up my new dremel tool

I did buy a diamond disc cheap from eBay, I think I had problems with the mandrel holding the disc so I just chucked it in the spares box.

I will have a look for a dremel one now. You do get what you pay for. Thanks for the advice, it makes sense.

Then, for the price of two burned out Dremels you could get a shaft tool from these people:
Foredom Electric Co.
They've been in the business even longer than Dremel and they make their tools mostly for industry.
