Building The Death Star - PRODUCTION

Glad to see you're back into this.

I am still ready when you are for some hole drilling....wow that sounds terrible. I mean, let me know when I can drill your death star...I mean let me know when want your holes drilled....son of a *****!

Just call me.

Dont forget to put some boards over the exhaust port or cover it with something so someone dosn't blow it up...LOL

Thanks Julien! Crazy is relative, isn't it!? ;)

Well, I dont know if it's relative... I dont know how many times you started over during the building and painting process to get it right, but that's just crazy !! :) You have a lot of patience and it shows with the result, never give up is the key, but on a so large and intricate subject it's hard to stick to the subject with the same passion. It's easy to notice what is wrong and thinking 'well it'll do the trick', but you're not this kind of guys ! Crazyness, madness, love for the subject, patient... I dont know what is more suitable for you, but TBH I dont care, I just enjoy you building this awesome prop and only the result is important !

You got all my support to finish this beastie Rob ! :thumbsup

You might be surprised what you see at the SFM when you get here... not sure if it was a production deathstar or what, but it's crazy big, with a light inside, and to be honest... I think you should bring yours to replace it!!!

Are you referring to the Science Fiction Museum in Seattle...?

Been there. Twice. Its the real deal.

Discussed extensively in this thread (come on, 200 pages isn't that much to read...!).
