I think I am doing good but now its time for the helmet which has me worried.

Go to my thread. You can see what I did for the bio and dreads. I put a magnet in the bio and headdress which is great for a little kid since they can taking it off themselves and don't need any help with it.

Thanks yours is great and my kids had seen it on a cosplay video before.  I went with a shredder TMNT mask as a base and added the foam. I still have some layers to add but here is a pic of a test fitting.

Also my boy is a lefty so i figured i would do everything for a left handed hunter.

Thanks its kind of Darth Maul looking now as i added another layer last night and then ran out of hot glue. 10 sticks didn't last very long guess i will get the big pack this week and add the dreads.

I won't cut the skull cap part of the helmet down until i get the dreadlocks figured out. I hope to have it all done and primed black by this weekend so i can paint the armor to look metal and skin to look alien. Shoulder canon, belt, feet,  neckless, dreds, and hands to do this week.

We went to Cincinnati Comic con today and he was upset there were no predators there. But there were people selling the $150 to $300 statutes! I believe i said "no way you know how much that costs" 50 times. Whats funny is when a dealer tries to tell you how good of a deal it is. Yes maybe it was a good deal but not for a 7 year old! The comic expo is in 2 weeks and that ones bigger and i hope to have his costume done so there is at least one predator there.

However for him to go to the bathroom it took about 15 min to un suit and re suit so we will be adding some king of velcro fly under the groin piece.
