Buffy the Vampire SlayerTM and AngelTM from 20th Century Fox

HUNT VALLEY, MD — August 11, 2006 — Today Genki Wear, LLC [Genki Wear] announced the acquisition of the licensing rights to manufacture and distribute prop replica jewelry based upon Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel from Fox Licensing & Merchandising. The first products in this special collection of licensed replicas will be available for pre-ordering through select retailers beginning August 1st 2006 with product expected to be on retailer shelves by October 15th, 2006.

I am thrilled that they will be expanding to more than just the same old cross. Now I have a question. I preordered the FatoryX version on Anya's necklace some time ago.

I now will contact Time and Space Toys to see if my preorder is void or if they will just place it on the new one by Genki Wear. I have never received any word regarding the status of this item or The Urn of Orisis. I see that the Urn is to come with it's own clear case but T&S has never updated their site. I am looking very forward to this. I cannot wait for the "Chosen" necklace. I hope they can deliver cause everyone knows that DST sure hasn't on the Angel puppets or the upcoming Mr. Pointy.

Anyone know what the deal is here? I bout the stuff they put out last year, but I was really looking foreword to the things they were supposed to have on the workbench. (like spikes amulet) I even have a pre-order in for the Gem of Amara, but the gem is months late, and I haven't heard a word about it, or any to the other stuff that they are supposed to have coming out.

I have not heard any different. Anyanka's Power Center necklace I got earlier this year is from Genki. Their website does not show any updates besides the 2 necklaces. I know that DST canceled the Buffy figure line so what that means for Faith's knife and Cross of DuLac is unknown. I know that Time and Space toys still has the ring for pre-order and Entertainment Earth has the Cross. I have an original Jackal knife and was very interested how they were going to make a version of Faith's knife when it is a Hibben design.

I think it is pretty cool. I have some many of the real screen used props it is hard to get replicas now.
