BTTF Mr Fusion replica

Use a rubbing compound as you would to polish fine scratches out of a car's paintwork, worked a treat for me. Super shiny too, nail polish remover will damage the plastic.

It will, but it removes the line for sure lol. Some people repaint them so that little damage won't hurt.

I can promise you that depending on the compound you use it won't damage the plastic. Use a massively abrasive one & then yeah, sure, it will swirl the plastic, however, if you use a good quality plastic compound, say something that's designed to polish clear car headlamps it will bring the unit up a treat as the relative toughness of the paint compared to the plastic is less. Then you can polish the whole unit if required. I've done it on most of mine & it actually creates a like new surface.

There was one some two years ago but stopped his business. It seems you only have the choice to paint the fusion logo with a white marker by hand or buy an ALPS decal printer now ;(

Hi everyone.
I build a Mr Fusion reactor, but got stuck in one size.
What is the size of the "A" letter indicates shown in the black part full height?
Thanks.

This image may help. (No guarantee for accuracy - it's just the result of pixel counting.)

Yes, I counted similar of size the lower black part. I found the white part blueprint plan, the black not. Unsure the size of the photo distortion.
Different photos according to my calculations: A= 7 or 6.6 inch.

Thanks

Surely there are members here that have one of the real Libra parts used for the base of Mr. Fusion.

Imade: Mr. Fusion, plutonium box, flux capacitor, speedometer, barcode license plate, Almanac, etc.
