The day of the jackal rifle replica meeting Edward fox

Hi about 6 years ago i built a replica of the day of the jackal sniper rifle [if you search the posts you will find it ]
well this weekend i got to meet Mr Edward Fox and show him my rifle i made,and all i can say is what a fantastic gentleman he is,very sharp and knowledgeable.
he was very interested in my replica and immediately balanced it with one hand just like in the movie..he then signed the stock and then proceeded to tell us all about the real prop which was fascinating.
I will upload some more photos soon because the prop is being auctioned off for charity,and Mr Fox take photos of him holding the rifle as proof it was signed and held by the original assassin..

Reef, that is just SO cool that you got to not only meet him but to have him hold the replica that you made. I can't wait to hear the info he told you about the original!!!!!
