BTTF Mr Fusion replica

Looks very very good, if anyone needs a vector illustrator file of the Mr Fusion logo, I made one let me know, also I cant remember the font that was used. does anyone know?

Which dimensions do you mean? Of the stickers or the coffee grinder?

For the templates you just need to wait: when I make the stickers for my own replicas, they will be available for free download for everyone. :)

I meant dimensions for the coffee grinder itself.. And possibly templates you could print out, cut, and glue together. That might be too much work though, so dimensions would be fine.

I got mine from the net and printed it on "transparent sticker paper". Once I didn't know the exact size of the original one, I adjusted it to the grinder's size

I've just measured my coffee grinder. The exact dimensions are:

height without cap and feet: 24,0 cm
height with closed cap and feet: 24,8 cm (feet: 0,3 cm, cap: 0,5 cm)

width without knob: 14,8 cm
width with knob: 16,0 cm

depth: 8,5 cm

diameter of the round window: 4,0 cm

Thank you so much.

Are you sure those are the dimensions? The width and depth see a little small.

Absolutely sure. It's just a coffee grinder. It only appears larger in the movie. Here's a photo with a simple 12 inch ruler next to it. Compare it yourself. ;)

Nevermind. I printed out a paper ruler and it was printed too small, so my measurements were about 2cm too short.

He took the measurements right off his grinder. It just looks bigger on film as he said.

EDIT: Just saw also that he found out what was wrong, nevermind.

I'm going to try and make a DIY version on the Mr. Fusion, so could I also get the dimensions of the white base? And I mean the dimensions of it without the raised pieces that come out. Then the red piece, and finally the black base. All around pictures of those would be nice too. And sorry if this is too much to ask, it's just that there is like no information on how to construct your own other than just buying the coffee grinder and the black base is absolutely impossible to find for an average person.

That's because the people who have built them are few and far between. I can only come up with one person who has scratch built the Singer base and two who have don't the white top. All other ones you see are molded off an original singer base.

How large is that base?

I had the pleasure of having this pull into my drive way the other day and the place where it would mount seems to be a 13" or 14" hub cap. Does that sound right?

I've built one scratch. I don't have them on hand so I'll post the dimensions later.

Every piece here is scratch built.

The latch is a little big and I've since redone it. I've also tweaked the lid since this picture was taken also.

Here is the same setup on a Singer base casting.

I have had three of these (two need painting) on the workbench for a while...where did you get the stickers and/or file for them....i been looking to get the best, most accurate ones so they look pretty good.

Thanks.

Scratch that, if i had read the entire post i would have seen that you posted them alread...lol....any chance you have them as an EPS file.
