In season 2's Flight of the Phoenix, the Chief slaps one of these on a newly decommissioned Viper.

I still have to play around with the lettering's spacing and size.

I think you need some slightly rounded corners on the rectangle.

I looked at that originally, but if you comparen the corners of the rectangle and the corners of the non-rounded letters, they look the same.

Finally, a sticker that had corners.
