In response to several inquiries of late, I have unearthed my prototype part for the Landram kit I started several year ago. I have taken a fresh look at the project, and I'm ready to jump back in to do the kits if I can get enough people interested.
The kit would include:
Accurate 1/32 scale (in scale with the Monogram Viper)
24 resin pieces plus strip stock for railing.
Interior parts- control panels, seats, etc.
Positionable rear gun turret.
Decals with numbers 1-9
The design is based on two things:
1. Measurements of an actual Thiokol Snowcat- the same kind used as the basis for the full-sized prop vehicle.
2. Rare photographs of the prop vehicle during all stages of construction.

The Landram also makes a nice companion piece for your SMT Colonial Shuttle (depending on your point of view about the scale of the shuttle!):

What I'd like to do is a run of 10 kits to start with- committing to any more than that will just create problems with folks paying, then waiting for orders, etc.
I will accept payments for just 10 kits, then put anyone else on a waiting list for the next run.
I can have them ready to ship in 2-3 weeks once I get 10 interested buyers.
The cost is $65 shipped in the US and Canada. Overseas will be $75. Paypal preferred at mbradley3@cfl.rr.com
