This is awesome. The thread that keeps on giving. Nice work Kurtyboy. I'm in for a replica TAG if you get a few. I never did get the correct cufflinks.
What about the size and dimensions of the bank box. There's a user on this forum who outright refused a: selling me his bank box and b: giving me any idea of correct dimensions. Both of these are his prerogative of course (although anathema to my way of approaching this forum) as he was hoping to do a run of them. It's been years and that hasn't happened. So let's collectively figure it out.
I made the bank compliment slip with Bourne's account number. Although we don't see Bourne writing the last few digits they are mentioned elsewhere so I was able to complete the number using recycled parts of his handwriting. Iterestingly, it looks like three separate props were used in the movie to represent the one compliment slip.
It's sized to Euro A4 210mm wide and you can print a stack of blank ones by erasing the number and fitting three to an A4 sheet.

Looks like great minds think alike, where did you get the logo from? Got the one I used from the back wall of the lift and above it. Printed out on some thin card.
On the cufflinks (may as well say this again) you can see they are link and tbar rather than swivel by the way they sit in the box, that is what makes them a slightly tougher find than modern cufflinks, I reckon on them being onyx. Is there a picture of bourne at any time in the movie wearing a suit?
It does have a slightly glossy finish it's just that the lighting didn't show up on it

you can just about see some shine on some of the stacks and you can see the difference between those with tape and without on the Reais and Yuan.
Bad news on that nice Tag replica I'm afraid. They sent me some additional photos, except they just googled them. I've seen the forum they stole them off. They are of a REAL one. :facepalm
And isn't buying a fake watch (many of which hail from the Far East) akin to buying from a recaster? The watch collector in me has always felt uncomfortable with "replica" watches. To put it simply this would be a counterfeit watch or at least come under copyright and patent laws as they are purportedly Tag Heuer watches with Tag badges and are obviously not made by them. It is however the one thing I'm not fussed about getting, it never went in the bag.
