Unfortunately, there's no photos online yet.

The linked article says that the Dr. No gun is "expected to fetch up to £25,000." Yowza. Someone better start saving pennies for that Kenobi costume, Christmas might come early.

Is that the same Kenobi cloak that Bermans and Nathans dug up last year? Wasn't it really suspect looking and had loads of discrepencies?

It will be interesting to see some pics of the cloak.

Needless to say there will be a big debate on that one. :lol

I'd love to see pics of the Bond guns they will be auctioning....especially if there are some of the gyrojet guns from You Only Live Twice in there....or Bond's piton gun from Diamonds Are Forever...

Ahh...unfortunately, I am not a member of that forum and cannot view the contents.....unless someone that IS a member would care to sponsor me?? :D

I don't it had anything BUT discrepancies :)
Neatly hemmed, silk was it? Funny considering I had always heard it was a half-hearted robe made from a wool blanket. Considering who vouches for Star Wars items at Christie's, I wouldn't put much stock in non-armor items they offer. The lightsabers in the Scifi Museum..oh those are painful to look at, considering what they cost.

Hi Guys...
Several years ago I was lucky enough to visit Desmond LlewelynÂ’s home, with Steve D was researching the FRWL AttacheÂ’ case, and took these photos of the Hero piton gun used in Diamonds Are Forever.
Desmond had several of the actual hero props in the case that he took on tour with him.
Unfortunetly, he kept them all loosely thrown in the case which not only destroyed the inside leather lining of the case but scratched the hell out of all the props.
Interestingly, the gun was apparently disassembled at some point and reassembled incorrectly which froze the hammer in position. I noticed a pin was inserted causing this problem and mentioned it to Steve who proceeded to fix the problem by repositioning the pin. Desmond turned and saw this happening and gaped in horror as we were taking the gun apart. We calmed him down by showing him that the gun was now repaired and back to its original working order.
I have shown these photos to several flare gun collectors and no one has ever been able to Identify it. The only markings are on the barrel which read: “Harrington & Richardson, Hartford, CO. I actually obtained the barrel from a surplus dealer and it is exact. However, the actual gun still a mystery.

The actual Robe is not for sale, an original John Mollo costume sketch of the Obi Wan Robe is what is for sale according to TPS.
