Don't get to excited its still just an idea but the director of Captain America: The First Avenger, Joe Johnson, has been wanting to move forward with the movie. Here is an article with him discussing the idea with Boba himself Jeremy Bulloch.

I think its possible but its gonna be a problem getting approval from the big guy himself, the one and only mighty over lord of Star Wars, George Lucas.
