This is a beautiful helmet build. I enjoyed scrolling through all the pictures, and it does look good with that primer - I understand being impatient to get to that part.

Your finish work is looking great! My helmet is also paper with Fiber glass, Bondo, and some wood filler with resin coating. It was easier to work with for the minor holes. Here's my progress with the whole suit about a month into it. I'm looking for a pattern for the Rocketeer bucket next.

i am working on this still but it's taking an extensive amount of time to get those sharp details.
working on the mandible, to sharpen the edges but i just seem to keep adding filler, sanding , adding filler... you get the idea.

pictures despite lack of noticeable progress.

my camera makes the helmet look much more narrow than it is, its not as slim as it appears.

Honestly I thought your black and white pics from your previous post looked perfect.

i wish i was done, i love working on it but i would like an end to it.
you should know by now that pictures on the internet can be deceiving.

as for moulding personally i dont think its worthy of moulding so i dont know yet, but i'd love to have a few boba fett helmets sitting around to do with as i please.

I hate to say that I just breezed through a year and a couple months of work in a few minutes, but I too would like an update.... This build is amazing!!

Now on to more serious business, im 99% finished I think.
Here he is as of this morning.

And my little id tag quickly done with a dremel and a 1mm drill bit shoved in the end
