Hey Gang,

I just finished up this private commission piece.

Wesley Snipes as Blade

A 1/1 Resin Cast Bust

This was my very first attempt at an African American flesh tone.
IÂ’m really happy with how he came out.

The owner of this piece has a screen used costume for this character,
and plans on putting him on display in her home.

Outstanding Jeff.. so how did you do the tattoos? I remember those were such a nightmare for me. You NAILED it.

I hand brushed the tats with black watercolor,
then misted the fleshcolor over the top with
the airbrush to help blend them in.

I just want to step in here and thank Jeff for tackling this project for me. His paint up has far exceeding my wildest expectations. Every detail is perfect. I am just torn now. He looks so great I don't want to hide his eyes behind sunglasses

Wow Jeff, outstanding. That is the one of the best paintjobs I've seen so far. I own 4 Blade busts myself, so I should know.
