I've been looking at the 1939 World's Fair Saturn Lamps like that was Deckard's apartment. Looks like there were a few different colors. But also different glass treatments. I just saw one that has a pointed knob hardware on the lower part of the planet. I've never seen that before. Do you guys think it's retrofit?
No, it's legit. There were many different subtle differences. That particular version of the pointed knob can be seen on the saturn lamp in Twin Peaks. The correct one you're looking for regarding Blade Runner is the Uranium glass version. It'll glow under black light if it's the correct one.
