Blade Runner Blaster wiring diagram?

I am trying to install the LEDs into a PKD. I've followed the diagram in the instructions, and it just doesn't seem to work

Anyone know where I can find a five LED digram, I'm a total bonehead when it comes to electronic circuits.

I found this site for multi LED diagrams - handily, it gives you a diagram, plus the info on what resisters are needed:
