I'm in Australia we have Scout and Ahsoka helmets sitting on shelves and have for about 3 weeks now maybe more I purchased the Scout Trooper what a awesome helmet picking up Ahsoka also glad I didn't get the standard version Ahsoka helmet in person it looks amazing

They’re still using the old photos and are calling this a pre-order on restock, so I’m guessing it’s still has the same bottom with the paint indents and chipping molded in.

I think our only hope that they would change it would have been for the Axe helmet and other spin-off paint jobs, but looking at the promo photos of the Axe helmet the same molded paint peeling pattern is clearly there.

This is something I discussed with an old friend and maybe even mentioned in this thread, but it is very unfortunate that the masters of repainting and selling the same product over-and-over didn’t have the foresight to say “we shouldn’t bake in paint damage from one specific variant on what is possibly our most versatile sculpt.” I have to imagine at least one person at Hasbro is deeply regretting that decision and hopefully they’ll be wary of a decision like that in the future.

If you get a good look at the sides, you will see the sectional panels. Nothing like the Black Series.

I've been checking the Gamestop site for a week or two, but no one nearby has any. After seeing this, I checked Target and the closest one had "only 3 left". I went there directly and there was only one on the shelf, so I grabbed it. Dagnabbit. Now I'm gonna have to get a Snowtrooper when/if that comes out. And a TIE pilot. And...

My local GS and Target never carry them, it’s weird because their black series and tvc figures always get cleared out after a restock. I’m sure they wouldn’t have a problem selling a few helmets. That being said, the online retailers have yet to let me down
