Bio Size

So ok I'm still new, what is the UK under sized Bio's and who makes them? So I know not to buy one. Also this Friday I will be picking up the Scanner Bio from kre8-fx, and working on my Mr. I suit (thanks Obraxis for a great tut). I can now move foward on my Pred build now that my Darth Nihilus is done. I can do this . Is there any Maryland Preds out there?
