Unlucky man!! Sad to hear about your unfortunate first try. If at first you dont succeed...... and all that! Good luck with the next shot though. 
Just an idea i just thought about, has the mask been engineered to fit any existing undermasks that are made by various guys on here or would a new one have to constructed to fit? Or have you used an existing undermask as you were "copying" one of the origional masks?

Thats the sad part, this wasent my frist time. I have done this a bunch of times, i just spaced. Lol anyway, the bio is made to fit the mask i made. I used a rough lifecast of the mask to make a base to sculpt this on. Its in the skin section under predator 2.0, i will link it here- Predator 2.0

I just meant your first shot this time failing being a bummer! I myself am trying to put together the P1 suit and am in the process of making a skin and am going to put as much effort into the final look as you have done. The facemask is just the look ive had in my head and cant wait to see pics of both masks on together to see how they look being worn. Im your size and height so ill have an idea how they will look on me.
Hopefully when the bio's are completed you would consider selling both masks together? Any idea of price for the pair? facemask painted and unpainted. That is, if you are prepared to re-mould some facemasks again of not already done. I have dreads on the way that would fit so hopefully they will go together nicely.

Sure bud, i have all the prices in the forsale section under the predator 2.0 banner. I am not 100% sure of the prices of the bios but they will probably run in the range of 140-200 USD depending on the option you want. I will post them in the forsale section as soon as i have some ready. Good luck with your build, its a fun process!

Woo hoo! Just separated the new mould and it came out perfect, not one air bubble! I havent had a chance to clean the mold up yet, still got a little waterbased clay chunks in there, and i need to rasp the edges of the mother mould to make it pretty. Its a silicon matrix mould, so its ultracal shell with silicone poured into it. Should hold out for a good long time! Ahhh thats a releif after last time...
I am probably gonna give it a day to dry out and get cleaned up before i start casting into it, but i should have some casts up by tommarow!

Oh hell thats a nice looking mold...just about as good looking as the sculpt itself! Looking forward to seeing the first cast!

The first pull is out and its lookin good! I put it onto the mask its made to fit to demo the look of the newly primmered bio. The dreads are the old style dreads, i didnt have a mask around that has the beter dreads. I havent put the lenses in, because i still havent received them yet from the company i ordered them from online, but i should have some very soon to mount into the mask. All the airhose connections are functional and ready to go. I will be casting up the details of the laser assembly soon, as well as LED's i am installing. The eye holes are still being finish cut based on the lenses that havent arived yet, but they line up with the undermask so vision out of the complete head with bio is clear. Thanks for looking.

Quick update. The visor i orderd offline fell through so im trying to find another source. Also the silver color i got was no good so im trying to find the perfect silver for the bio. Should have more pictures of the paintup in the next few days. Thank you all for your comments!
