I have been collecting replicas of historical decks of cards. Mainly from the Civil War era. In this scene from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, they play
poker with Billy the kid. You can see the card back here (in the attached)
And here is the brief scene, where you can see the fronts.
The front has no indices, so this is accurate to around the Civil War. I would assume it would be easier for the prop master to use a replica of an era-appropriate deck of cards rather than create a prop deck just for this movie. I have several replica era decks such as the Highlanders, and Hart's Linen Eagle and there are tons online, but it's difficult to identify which deck this is.
I'm hoping that you recognize the back of the card from what deck it is and can say "That's totally [Bart's 1868 Saddleback] deck." and then I can find a way to purchase a replica of that.
